We started off the day at Cheekwood. Until the lure of the little creek became too much for Weston to resist and he tromped right through it. We had a quick picnic, then headed to Crocket Park where the creek

Front Yarders
It was actually nice and cool outside today. We returned home in the evening and both boys just plopped down in the front yard and enjoyed the cool weather.
Team Lightning
It apparently does not take two to ride Lightning. Turner doesn’t seem to appreciate Weston’s help in this case.
Team Bikers
This bike apparently takes two to get it in motion. And it helps if one is in fireman boots.
Rains
After several days of dry heat, we get some heavy rains today. As luck would have it, it hit hardest as I was driving home.
Captaining
We had the Holiday off today, so we headed to Cheekwood with the boys. They really seem to enjoy the Treehouses exhibit. Here’s Weston commandeering the pirate ship.
Keep On Cookin’!
We apparently didn’t have enough of cooking out at yesterday’s Metzgerfest; Traci decided she wanted to grill out some Tilapia. It turned out to be a nice, but hot afternoon to hang out in the backyard. We pulled out the

Today was the Metzgerfest, which we’ve been fortunate enough to participate in the past few years. The boys and I started off the day going to Cheekwood to see the Treehouses exhibit. That’s really cool, by the way. Worth checking
Networkin’
This is our humble network room for our office. We’re about to get a major upgrade as we get hooked into our parent company’s network. So, I spent some time cleaning up (yes, this is after cleaning up) in preparation.

Today, Aaron kindly invited us into the studio to help with some crowd chants for a project he’s working on with the Titans. Our job was to chant “Turn it up!” over and over again, which he recorded and doubled
