I Give Up
I have lost any control I potentially had.
Netflixable
When I showed this pic to Turner, he said, “Oh, we need to put that on Netflix.” I don’t have that capability yet, buddy. For now this is the best I can do.
Threat Neutralized
This was one of the first times we’ve seen Weston build something rather than tear it down. The demolition threat has been, temporarily, neutralized.
The Long Walk Home
The Nashville fireworks are admittedly fantastic. Probably the best show I’ve ever seen. However, you have to go through a lot of inconveniences in order to take part in it. We’ve heard from several folks that the Crockett Park fireworks
Preylude
We took the boys to the Prelude to the 4th celebration downtown tonight. It’s a lesser known event, but better suited for kids in my opinion. We got to watch a few fireworks from the pedestrian bridge and didn’t have
Eventless Horizon
Kind of an eventless day today, honestly. I thought the sunglare through our dirty bathroom windows (as I was bathing the boys in our tub) was fairly interesting.
Home Again
Traci got in from her Kansas City trip this morning and we were all excited to see her. The boys gave her some HUGE welcome home hugs.
Wide Load
More time hanging out on the tractors this morning. Weston couldn’t even wait for us to get his clothes on, he just barreled out in his pajamas. We made a quick trip to the machine shop (Weston’s first time) and
Visitors
Since Traci was out of town for the weekend, the boys and I made a quick overnight trip home to Winchester. It was good to hang with the fam!
