Turner finished out his Run Club miles today by running his final mile at the Ravenwood track. The run club was a more positive experience than soccer has been in the past, and it has certainly helped improve Turner’s endurance

Discovery

Overly Whelmed
The Peaks – Nice bike ride today to check out the Nashville YMCA. The Pits – Felt a bit overwhelmed with some projects I have going on at work.
The Wind Up
The Peaks – Very nice weather for a walk during the day and playing basketball with the boys. The Pits – None of note.
Triple Shot
