While we often get frustrated with the boys’ seemingly constant fighting, it’s nice to see them make a kind gesture toward the other every once in awhile.

I attended a bike maintenance class at REI tonight. This class focused on the brake system and derailleur, which I was very interested in. Gained some useful information on making adjustments. Not bad for a free class!

Since I had the day off today and it was decent weather outside, I took the boys for a walk to the park. They played hard enough to merit stopping by yon park bench for a breather.

Since Traci and I are currently on the Challenge, there are only so many options to have for a snack during the playoffs. I gotta say, though, this is not a bad option at all.
