On January 24, I sent my Fossil watch off to the manufacturer to get a new band, crystal, new battery, and general cleaning. I've had this watch for at least 9 years at this point, as I think I got it in the late 90s, early 00s. I received my watch in the mail yesterday. For $27, they made my watch look like new and gave me a new band that had a more secure latching system.
