Tilt shifting a lens will slightly tilt the lens to one side, which will allow you to do some interesting stuff with the point of focus and depth of field. It's all in the lens, baby!

I went to the driving range tonight. Still no real signs of progress. There was an older woman there who was getting tutored by what seemed to be her daughter. It didn't look like the woman had golfed much at all, yet she was hitting the ball further than me. Not good for the ol' ego. But, it was fun regardless.

I came home for lunch today to visit with Turner. Fortunately he was still awake at the time (but slowly winding down). Even Boog swung by for a few minutes to join the party.

We had an open house today from 2-4, so we met my sister and the Holts out at Arrington. As usual, we had some good snacks (including petit-fors!) and good wine.

The good times still stand, though; 100% of the time I've gone to Arrington I've had a great time.

Tonight, Traci's family came over to celebrate Ron's birthday. We had good food and the kids had a good time, and that's what it's all about.
