We had a guest worship leader tonight; he was one of the guys who went on the church's recent mission trip to Guatemala. I figured I'd take my camera along since I've never taken any pics of our church performances. We got done practicing early so Traci and Turner came by to play on the church's playground.

I had two little photo gigs today which kept me busy for the first half of the day. Boog came over in the afternoon to hang with us a little bit and visit with Turner. We decided to head over to Crockett Park so Turner could play on the playground.

I think we're all itching to be able to spend some time outside. I got off work a little early today so Turner and I went out and played a little bit.

I usually get to Turner's MDO program a little early so he can walk around. I typically just let him walk around the parking lot nearest the entrance to his class, but then we have to be wary of incoming cars. So, I decided to park around the corner to avoid traffic. He happened upon the large A/C unit and was intrigued by it.

I didn't realize that the little rainbow effect was in the photo when I took it, else I would've tried to eliminate it. But, it's kinda grown on me and I'm willing to accept it as a happy accident.

At this point, Turner knows what my camera is when he sees it. He knows that I'm going to be taking pictures of him so when he sees it he'll want to come sit in my lap and look at the pictures that I've taken. But he doesn't yet realize that it requires him to actually pose for pictures first. He apparently just thinks that the photos magically appear on there.

I pulled out my camera tonight and Turner, despite trying to finish up his milk, automatically started walking toward me, wanting to see his picture on the back. I would move to the other side of the room and he'd immediately follow. So, I just moved back and forth in the room until I got a decent photo of him.
