For Valentine’s Day this year, I played the part of the sweet husband and sent 2-dozen roses to Traci at work. Unfortunately, when she got them, 8-10 of them were limp and half wilted, and 2 of them looked straight-up dead.
She gave them the plant food that came with the shipment and let them sit overnight to see if they perked up, but it was no use. I gave ProFlowers a call and told them what had happened. They were very nice and said that they would have a replacement order sent to Traci the next day. This second batch of flowers turned out to look much better, and Traci brought home the wilted ones, which is what you see here. A couple of them looked ok, but, overall, they looked pitiful.
